RETURN POLICY
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may return your MACH-EVO electric bike within 30 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
✔ The bike is in like-new condition with minimal wear.
✔ All original packaging, accessories, and parts are included.
✔ The bike has not been modified or heavily used.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

Bikes that have been damaged due to improper use, neglect, or modifications.

Bikes returned without original accessories or packaging.

Custom or special-order models.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our support team at support@mach-evo.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Carefully package the bike in its original box and attach the provided return label.
Step 4: Ship the bike back using the designated carrier.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment.
3. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned bike, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
✔ Full Refund: If the bike is in like-new condition.
✔ Partial Refund: If the bike has excessive wear, missing parts, or damage not covered under warranty.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Costs:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A restocking fee (15%) may apply for returns.
4. EXCHANGES & WARRANTY CLAIMS
If you received a damaged or defective bike, we offer:
✔ Free replacement or exchange if reported within 7 days of delivery.
✔ 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects.
